Job Title: Houseman with Handyman Skills

Schedule Part-time (2 days a week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property, ensuring a well-kept environment.
- Communicate effectively with the owner’s representative, providing updates and reporting issues using devices as needed.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address and resolve maintenance challenges promptly.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the property.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with several years of relevant work history.
- Strong handyman skills, with expertise in various trades being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the property.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
