Description

We are seeking an ultra-organized 2nd Executive Assistant for a CEO based in New York City (SOHO). The ideal candidate is college educated and has a minimum of 5–7 years of full-time experience supporting a busy C-level executive.

A key responsibility in this role is managing complex travel logistics for multiple company employees, including domestic and international itineraries. You should be highly proficient in tracking expenses, reconciling receipts, and working with spreadsheets—strong numerical and organizational skills are essential.

In addition to travel and expense management, this position includes a range of administrative responsibilities: calendar management, scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparing reports, organizing digital files, and assisting with internal operations and special projects. You may also be asked to handle vendor coordination, document drafting, and general office support.

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves logistics, structure, and operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with on-call availability as needed for weekend travel monitoring. This role reports to the Chief of Staff, Operations. College degree required. Must have experince working for a CEO or High Profile principal.
