Live-In Long-term Nanny, baby 4 months ( with Newborn care experience)

First-time parents in Miami Beach seeks a highly qualified and experienced FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY for their 4 month-old baby boy.

This family is looking for a nurturing, long-term nanny who can provide daytime and overnight care as needed. The typical schedule will be full time with one day off weekly.

Live-in arrangements include a private bedroom and bathroom within the family’s residence. The family plans to travel together roughly every 1-2 months, with each trip lasting 2-3 weeks. Therefore, they are looking for a nanny who is flexible and holds a valid passport to accompany them on these trips.

Responsibilities include;

• Provide comprehensive care for the child; such as feeding, diaper changes, soothing, bathing and monitoring
• Managing Sleep Schedule - putting infant back to sleep when waking up overnight; establishing and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and routine
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the baby
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding the baby’s activities, health, and progress.
• Restock of the child’s items
• Prepare meals for the child and maintain proper hygiene.
• Engage is age-appropriate activities, which focuses on the child’s development

Requirements:

• Qualifications for the role include proven experience as a professional career nanny for a minimum of 10 years
• Newborn care and sleep training experience
• Experience with newborns, infants & Toddlers
• English Speaker
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to update and inform parents regularly
• High level of discretion and respect for the family's privacy
• Professional references from previous positions in similar roles are required from previous employers.
• Travel Ready – International Travel

Compensation: Starting at $100k, PTO, other benefits to be discussed
