Our esteemed client in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, UAE is seeking a highly skilled and professional Private Chef to join their private household.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for a family of five, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light snacks. The role requires a dedicated individual with a strong culinary background in Turkish and Italian cuisines, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalized meals in a private setting.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals for the household (5 family members).
Create menus focused on Turkish and Italian cuisine, tailored to the family’s preferences.
Prepare healthy snacks and light dishes throughout the day.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen.
Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Occasionally accommodate dietary restrictions or special meal requests.

Requirements

Proven culinary experience in high-end restaurants or hotels is essential.
Formal culinary training or certification preferred.
Experience in private households is a plus but not mandatory.
Specialization in Turkish and Italian cuisine is required.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and flexibility.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Fluent in English.

Work conditions

Full-time position, 6 days per week.
Live-in role with private accommodation provided (own room and bathroom).
Sponsorship will be provided for the VISA, Medical Insurance and Flight ticket as per UAE law.
Peaceful and respectful working environment in a high-profile residence.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications (5000 USD per month).
