We are a prestigious High Net Worth estate seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to oversee the operational and administrative functions of our estate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and employee management, ensuring that our dedicated team operates effectively and harmoniously in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise daily operations of the estate, ensuring that the staff is well-coordinated, and that the estate runs smoothly.
  • Manage the estate’s operational budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability across all departments.
  • Identify and manage relationships with external service providers, including property management, maintenance, security, and event planning companies.
  • Act as the primary communication link between the estate owner and staff, ensuring that information flows effectively throughout the estate.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential emergencies or crises, ensuring the safety and security of the estate and its occupants.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall estate goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes for all estate staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and a fair work environment for all employees.
  • Address and mediate any conflicts that arise among staff, employing effective communication strategies to resolve issues amicably and maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Oversee special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate efforts among various departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure that operational policies and standard operating procedures are developed, communicated, and followed by all staff members.
  • Assess staff performance and provide feedback, conducting performance reviews in collaboration with department heads.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality regarding estate matters and family privacy.
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations domestically and international as needed.
  • Must be comfortable with young children, family pets and a strong love for the outdoors is encouraged.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be willing and able to live and work (Peachtree City, GA area).
  • Preferred experience with UHNW estates.
  • Proven experience in HR/ staff management, preferably in a high-net-worth or luxury service environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
