Ready to trade your current view for a sunny beachfront paradise? This incredible opportunity is open to ALL US candidates willing to relocate to Florida’s breathtaking coast! You’ll work on a 1-week-on/1-week-off schedule, living in during your shift with private accommodations that include your own bedroom and bathroom. The family has a sweet 6-year-old boy who is artistic, active, and homeschooled by a wonderful teacher who comes to the house. He loves drawing (a lot!) and enjoys classes like gymnastics and soccer. Socialization is key outside of school hours, so you’ll play an essential role in planning activities and adventures. While he’s full of creativity, he can get easily frustrated when faced with challenges, so the family will enroll you in an ABA course to help ensure consistent, thoughtful guidance. It’s all about fostering his independence and building his confidence. The household runs like a dream team, so they’re looking for someone who is upbeat, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. They already have a full-time chef and housekeeper, but you’ll step in with simple meal prep for the child when needed and assist with kid laundry.
LOCATION: Hillsboro Beach, FL
START DATE: ASAP
SCHEDULE: 1 Week ON/1 Week OFF (live-in during shift); you will be on-call 24 hours during your on week. You should be flexible to shift to 2 weeks on/off, or even 1 month on/off if needed – but family will generally keep schedule as close to 1-week on/off as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ Years of Professional Nanny Experience
- Water Safe: Comfortable supervising the child in their beachfront and poolside environment.
- Open to Travel: While travel is generally local and minimal, think fun trips to Disney World and nearby destinations!
- Child Development/Teaching Background Preferred (not required)
- ABA Background a PLUS
- Dog-Friendly: Be ready to share the space with their lovable, hypoallergenic pup.
