Seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Housekeeper to work between two properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a sophisticated and dynamic household environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and
    sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including patios, gardens, and
    walkways. 
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and household items as needed. 
  • Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and
    linens. 
  • Ensure proper care of delicate fabrics and garments according to specific
    instructions. 
  • Keep track of items sent out to dry cleaners, ensure that they are returned. 
  • Prepare guest accommodations, ensuring that all rooms are welcoming and
    well-stocked. 
  • Assist with special requests from guests and family members as needed. 
  • Conduct an inventory check of household supplies, ensuring that essentials like toiletries, linens, and kitchen items are fully stocked and ready for use. 
  •  Temperature and lighting set to owner preference. 
  • Flowers staged, and prepared foods are stocked as per owner list.

The Estate Housekeeper will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring that each estate is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across various locations. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a Private Residence
  • Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent references from current and previous employers
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
  • Professional, polished, and poised at all times
  • Hands-on with a good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility in schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
