Hours: 10 guaranteed hours per week

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday either 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST 
 
Location: San Francisco, 94110, On-site parking is available!

A private office is seeking a dependable, proactive, and personable Part-Time Office Manager to support their team in maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory management (snacks, office supplies, etc.)
  • Vendor coordination (welcoming and overseeing service providers)
  • Liaising with the property manager
  • Planning and coordinating team morale events
  • Preparing coffee and offering water to guests
  • Ordering office lunches
  • Light administrative tasks (scanning, shredding documents, etc.)
