Lovely family is seeking a professional live-out Estate Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of Greenwich, CT home. Responsibilities include: manage the maintenance and upkeep of the property, oversee projects, put preventative maintenance plans in place, update household manual, manage vendors, negotiate contracts, create/manage budgets, conduct regular inspections, assist with event planning, and supervise staff. Must be hands-on, tech savvy and able to work with smart home systems. No travel is required. Mon-Fri, about 40 hours per week but must be flexible to work a different schedule and have 24/7 connectivity. Salary DOE, health insurance and paid time off.
