Experienced European-trained formal butler/manager needed for a large 20k+ sq foot home in Paradise Valley for an active couple with children. This is their primary residence, but travel frequently.
- Manage interior of the home, including housekeeping staff
- Formal service when needed, but home is mainly more casual
- Work hands-on in service and household operations
- Best practices of caring and cleaning furnishings, artwork, and surfaces
- Formal service when needed for guests
- Oversee housekeepers
- Plan and execute small guest gatherings, dinners, and large-scale events
- Assist with interior repairs, upgrades, and remodeling in coordination with the Estate Manager
- Handle principals' personal matters with discretion
- Work as a team with other interior and exterior, along with coordinating with staff at their other homes
Requirements include: excellent English, 3+ years experience in a similar position that including managing and training other staff, physically fit to carry/lift to perform job duties, verifiable references, and background check.
Local candidates perfered. This is a live-out position.
