A highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant is sought to provide comprehensive support to a high-profile philanthropic principal in San Francisco. This role requires a punctual, proactive, and perfectionist mindset, ensuring seamless management of both personal and professional responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Oversee complex calendars, appointments, and travel logistics with precision.
  • Home Office Support: Work on-site daily in Pacific Heights, ensuring smooth operations in a home office setting.
  • Travel & Errands: Must drive and be highly familiar with San Francisco and the Bay Area for errands, appointments, and engagements.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong Apple skills are required for managing communications, documents, and digital organization.
  • 24/7 Mentality: Availability and flexibility to accommodate the principal’s dynamic schedule, including after-hours support when needed.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and trust.
