We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term care of a prestigious private estate in Maui, Hawaii. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented leader with a deep understanding of luxury property maintenance, vendor management, and the exceptional attention to detail expected in ultra-high-net-worth households.

Lead all aspects of property management, ensuring the estate remains immaculate, secure, and fully operational at all times.

Monitor and maintain major systems, including HVAC, pools, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, IT, and more.

Oversee regular maintenance schedules and inspections, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring timely, high-quality work and compliance with service agreements.

Ensure the estate is always guest-ready, with flawless presentation and functioning infrastructure.

3+ years of experience managing a high-end private estate, luxury hotel, or private yacht.

Strong working knowledge of home systems (electrical, HVAC, AV/IT, landscaping, pool care).

Hands-on capabilities with minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and household logistics.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.

Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Ability to lift 25–30 pounds and perform physical tasks when needed.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
