Infant Nanny - Montecito & Los Angeles
Schedule: 4 days/week (24 hour shifts) Wednesday 12pm to Sunday 12pm
Compensation: $40–$50/hour DOE + Benefits
Locations: Montecito & Los Angeles (must be open to both)

A loving, high-profile family is seeking a seasoned and nurturing infant nanny to join their team and provide overnight support for their 5 month old infant. The role is a shared position with another nanny and will alternate coverage accordingly. This position requires extensive infant experience, including sleep support, feeding guidance, and general baby care. The family splits time between Montecito and Los Angeles, so candidates must be fully comfortable working in both locations while the principal finalizes their permanent residence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day time and overnight infant care 4 days per week

• Assist with nighttime feedings (baby typically wakes once per night)

• Guide family through the introduction of solid foods

• Maintain and clean bottles, pumps, and feeding supplies

• Organize and rotate baby clothing and supplies

• Assist with baby-related projects and nursery upkeep

• Maintain a calm, nurturing presence and respond attentively to baby’s needs

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of professional experience caring for infants (including overnight support)

• Deep knowledge of infant development, feeding, sleep training, and general infant care

• Calm, nurturing, and confident demeanor

• Flexible and open to working in both Montecito and Los Angeles as needed

• Able to collaborate smoothly with another nanny in a shared schedule

• Not required to drive the baby or travel beyond LA/Montecito at this time, though flexibility is appreciated
