The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, adept at anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of both personal and professional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage intricate schedules, balancing competing priorities for the principal and up to five family members. Anticipate conflicts and adjust plans with precision.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including private jet bookings, commercial itineraries, and last-minute changes. Collaborate with security teams to ensure privacy and safety.
  • Plan and execute personal and professional events, from intimate dinner parties to large-scale functions, with meticulous attention to detail. Secure exclusive reservations and create bespoke experiences.
  • Maintain and update critical documents using Nines Living, SharePoint, and other tools, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate needs, prepare personalized itineraries, manage gift procurement, and handle high-level requests with professionalism and tact.
  • Partner with estate management to ensure the smooth operation of properties, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other platforms to prepare polished presentations, manage budgets, and streamline communications.
  • Handle unexpected challenges with resilience, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.

Compensation
