Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

• Keep gardens, lawns, and pathways flawless with daily attention and care.

• Prune, plant, weed, and fertilize tropical flora with expert precision.

• Monitor and repair irrigation systems to keep every green space thriving.

• Remove debris and ensure all exterior areas remain spotless and guest-ready.

• Apply sustainable practices suited to Maui’s unique climate.

Pool & Water Feature Care

• Balance chemicals, skim, vacuum, and service multiple pools, spas, and fountains.

• Address equipment issues and maintain smooth operation of water systems.

Exterior Cleaning & Upkeep

• Pressure wash patios, driveways, and outdoor surfaces to pristine condition.

• Maintain outdoor furniture and ensure every exterior corner shines.

• Keep storage spaces, garages, and waste areas organized and clean.

Bonus: Handy With Tools? Even Better!

• Perform minor exterior repairs and maintenance projects.

• Help with event setups and seasonal decor.

• Tackle light carpentry, painting, and other fix-it jobs around the estate.

Experience Required

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or estate exterior maintenance.

• Knowledge of tropical plants and irrigation systems.

• Familiarity with pool systems and water feature maintenance.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in presentation.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various climates and conditions.

• Ability to use power tools, maintenance equipment, and ladders safely.

• Bonus points for handyman or light construction experience!

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate outdoor machinery.

• Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks.
