About the Family:
A dynamic and caring family seeks a professional and highly organized Household Manager / Nanny Manager. This pivotal role involves a blend of household management and limited childcare responsibilities. The successful candidate will efficiently coordinate daily operations within the home, manage schedules, and undertake errands. This role extends to managing the family's rental properties and planning vacations, requiring a candidate who can navigate a variety of responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate household operations, including scheduling and supervision of vendors.
- Conduct grocery shopping, handle errands, and oversee merchandise returns efficiently.
- Manage the logistical aspects of rental properties and organize family vacations.
- Provide transportation for a 13-year-old to various activities and appointments, managing her schedule adeptly during both school and summer periods.
- Facilitate insurance claims and account management tasks, including documentation for the family accountant’s portal.
- Maintain professional communication standards with service providers and within the family.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in roles such as Household Manager or Nanny Manager, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in computer operations, including email, internet research, and management of digital records.
- Self-directed, capable of operating without close supervision.
- A foundational understanding of legal documents like leases and contracts is advantageous.
- Comfortable with pets, specifically dogs, and capable of managing their appointments and care.

Start Date: Immediate Hire!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Occasional weekends may be required for special events)
Hours per Week: 40 hours guaranteed weekly
Pay Rate: Up to $85K, Negotiable Based on Experience!
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, 3-5 Sick Days, Paid Holidays
