This role is responsible for ensuring every aspect of the principals’ personal and family life is seamless. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, supporting a kind, active, and successful family.
You will act as the right hand to the principals, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring thoughtful execution of every detail across all facets of their lives—from travel and scheduling to events and household logistics.

Manage errands, appointments, personal calendars, and special projects

Plan all aspects of personal and business travel (private air, accommodations, ground transport, dining, events, etc.)

Coordinate off-site gatherings, fundraisers, and political events

Provide onsite and remote travel/event/project support including packing, catering, and vendor management

Deliver 24/7 support during travel with real-time itinerary and logistics management

Source and vet specialized service providers (e.g., chefs, trainers, security)

Manage household and children’s calendars and schedules, including seasonal planning and reminders

Coordinate ground transportation and airport transfers with discretion and precision
-
Source, wrap, and deliver gifts for special occasions

Make online purchases and handle returns/exchanges

Maintain digital filing systems and SOP documentation
-
Track and renew important family and staff documents (e.g., passports, visas, licenses)

Ensure all properties are guest-ready with personalized setups and preferences

Coordinate school communications, tutors, and children’s appointments

Bachelor’s degree not required but highly preferred.

10+ years of high-level personal or executive support experience (private family or demanding environment preferred)

Tech-savvy (Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
