Compensation: $40–$50/hour DOE

A high-profile family of 3 in Montecito is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to take full ownership of the care and upkeep of their private residence. This is a sole housekeeper position, ideal for someone who is highly organized, discreet, and has a deep understanding of luxury household standards. The ideal candidate is a meticulous and self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for maintaining a beautifully presented home. Experience working in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and detailed cleaning of all rooms to the highest standard

• Maintain impeccable organization of closets, drawers, and household items

• Handle delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, and specialty materials with care

• Provide expert wardrobe care, including laundry, steaming, ironing, hand washing, and identifying items for dry cleaning

• Rotate seasonal clothing, maintain shoe care, and coordinate with dry cleaners

• Keep bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces spotless and guest-ready at all times

• Restock household essentials and notify principals of supply needs

• Occasional light food prep or kitchen assistance as needed

• Provide thoughtful touches that enhance overall household presentation and flow

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience working in high-profile or UHNW residences

• Strong knowledge of wardrobe care, fabric types, and garment maintenance

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs

• High standards of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness

• A keen eye for aesthetics and presentation

• Flexibility for occasional weekend support or schedule adjustments
