Description

Immediate position - Prominant law firm specializing in Civil Litigation in Beverly Hills is looking to hire an Executive / Personal Assistant to work for their CEO.

Responsible for:

  • Handling and routing correspondence for clients and researching for projects. 
  • Draft documents, analyze information, prepare contracts, presentations and initiate correspondence
  • Mainage the CEO’s calendar and handle the planning and scheduling of trials, meetings, conferences and presentations
  • Handle travel itineraries and plans for domestic and international private jet travel for business and personal 
  • Coordinate events for business, philanthropic and personal needs.
  • Handle various personal needs of the household and communicate with the estate staff.

Qualifications

  • At least eight years of executive / personal assistant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, advanced degree is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Possess a positive attitude, be energetic and have a can handle a fast paced environment with a calm demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Must type at least 40 words per minute
  • Must be a team player to work with the corporate and estate staff and be a leader and be able to work independently
