Full-time Executive Housekeeper (M/F) job offer in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations in a refined and well-maintained household in Toronto, Canada.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of main living areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and master suite.
  • Maintain patios and outdoor furniture on a seasonal basis.
  • Manage laundry and wardrobe care, ensuring garments are properly maintained.
  • Monitor household security and handle parcel deliveries and shipments.
  • Coordinate with service providers and tradespeople as needed.
  • Maintain household inventory and supplies.
  • Assist the Chef during events and provide evening turndown service.
  • Perform deep cleaning, handle special cleaning projects, and care for fine china and silverware.
  • Run errands and complete other household tasks as required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a formal household setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills for inventory and organization.
  • Expertise in table setting and event support.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Work conditions

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekend availability (paid overtime).
