Domestic Couple

Seeking:              Domestic Couple living in or near Portland, Oregon or willing to relocate immediately

Schedule:            Full-time, Monday-Friday. Some weekend and holiday work when needed

Salary:                  DOE

Benefits:             2-weeks PTO, Health and Dental Insurance, 401K

Household Management:

• Housekeeping for 3,500+ sq ft home
• Laundry and ironing
• Grocery shopping, meal prep, light cooking as needed
• Running errands, picking up prescriptions, mailing packages
• Feeding the dogs, taking them to groomer, daily walks, brushing their teeth, vet appointments
• Assist in occasional entertaining, serving drinks, serving at the table
• Restock all household supplies, keeping monthly inventory
• Daily removal of all trash
• Clean home of owner’s mother, once a week
• Checking mail daily, opening packages as needed
• Carrying out any other tasks related to the house

Maintenance and Grounds Keeping:

• Gardening, planting, pruning, weeding, watering, mowing
• Operating farm equipment (tractor, gator, lawn mower, weed eater)
• Keep barn, pool house, pump house, garage and tractor shed tidy and all items in working order
• Driving luggage and other items out to the airport as needed
• Keeping fireplaces clean and stocked for the winter
• Bocce ball court maintenance
• Changing out lights
• Moving patio furniture out for summer months, keeping it clean and in good working order
• Weekly checks of the property generator
• Window and gutter cleaning
• Vehicle maintenance, including cleaning inside and out regularly
• General Maintenance
  • Water treatment system
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Weekly trash collection and setting out bins to the street
  • Repairs as needed

Qualifications:

• Enjoy being around children and dogs
  • 3 grandchildren who visit frequently under the age of 5
  • 2 golden retrievers
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Must speak fluent English
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude, no task too big or too small
• Getting the job done even if it means longer hours at times
• Professional mindset and manner, meticulous and hardworking
• 5+ years’ experience supporting high net worth individuals/families
