Experienced housekeeper w/ STRONG homecare skills sought for Palm Beach, East Hampton split

Seasoned HOUSEKEEPER/HOUSEMAN (male or female) sought for a Palm Beach, FL/East Hampton, NY split. Weekends required. Must be professional, flexible, willing to take direction from the family manager, work well with existing housekeeper, accept established cleaning routines and have a strong desire to execute responsibilities with a pleasant attitude and QUIET demeanor. Must be able to fulfill housekeeping duties with CONFIDENCE. Cooking ability and floral arrangement skills not required - but definite pluses. Experience with dining service appreciated. Must be LEGAL and able to be paid on the books.

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Valid Driver’s License required - being comfortable and strong with dogs is a must. Car maintenance - washing/detailing/ fueling
Driving/ Errands
Kitchen maintenance
Buffet/ family-style meal service
Grocery sourcing according to guidelines/source lists
Clean and organize pantries/ cold storage - minimize waste/ spoilage
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment/ grill/ pizza oven
Purchase household supplies and toiletries
General housekeeping
Manage care of plants and flowers
Maintain home exteriors - porches/ light fixtures/ furniture/ cushions
Greet guests, service people and vendors at the door
Offer beverages to family and guests/ bartend
Walk and feed dogs on established schedule
Monitor grounds throughout the day
Manage indoor accidents quickly with appropriate solutions
