We are seeking a talented PA/Chef to assist our client, a private family in Jackson Hole, WY. This role will be responsible for preparing daily healthy meals, overseeing household staff members, assisting with personal calendar management, booking travel, and other ad hoc responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be open to wearing a wide variety of hats and have a no task is too big or too small attitude. Also open to domestic couples. Looking to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Occasionally accompanying family while traveling up to about 4 times per year
- Overseeing and managing vendors and other staff members in the home
- Running errands as needed
- Managing the care of a large dog, including vet appointments, groomers, etc.
- Preparing healthy meals daily, including snacks, smoothies, beverages, etc.
- Following all guidelines and dietary requirements
- Maintaining household inventories and restocking items as needed
- Occasional small-scale event support
- Bill pay, research, and personal shopping as needed
- Light housekeeping responsibilities
- Booking and overseeing all car maintenance
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with large dogs
- Must have prior experience living in a mountain town/cold climate
- Must be passport-ready
- Candidates with prior luxury hotel or hospitality experience are highly preferred
- Candidates with formal culinary training will be prioritized
- Must be highly tech-savvy and up to date on latest software programs
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Compensation:
$ 150- 200k DOE, excellent benefits, housing provided, discretionary bonus and PTO
Location:
5 days a week in person, Monday-Friday. Jackson Hole, WY. Travel as needed.
