Full-Time Housekeeper - Miami Beach, Florida

We are seeking two experienced full-time Housekeepers to join a well-established private residence in Miami Beach. This is a high-standard, straightforward housekeeping role with no cooking or childcare duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for professional housekeepers looking to work in a respectful, high-end environment. Only candidates with UHNW household experience will be considered.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households is essential
• Proven ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion
• Strong understanding of luxury household operations and expectations
• Professional, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Daily deep cleaning and upkeep of all rooms and living areas
• Detailed care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and finishes
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Inventory and restocking of household supplies
• Alerting the principal or estate manager to any maintenance issues
• Occasional assistance with light errands if needed

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time hours, exact schedule to be confirmed
• Overtime paid as applicable
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Potential Christmas bonus at year’s end
