Weekend Nanny 
Saturday morning to Monday morning

Schedule: 24 hour shift - beginning Saturday at 6am to Monday at 6am
Compensation: $40-50/hour DOE + OT, full benefits  
Start Date: ASAP
Child: One 6-month-old infant
Supervision: Reports to Estate Manager

A family in Brentwood is seeking a gentle, experienced weekend nanny to provide dedicated care for their 6-month-old baby. The role requires someone confident managing day time and nighttime routines, feedings, and sleep support independently. The baby mostly sleeps through the night, with the occasional stir. 

The ideal candidate is nurturing, knowledgeable in infant development, and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones and overnight infant care. This is a fully staffed home, and the nanny will work in coordination with a larger household team under the direction of an estate manager.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Provide day time and overnight care for a 6-month-old infant
  • Monitor and manage routines
  • Track and report baby’s patterns, progress, and needs to parents and team
  • Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
  • Respond promptly to the baby’s cues and provide soothing, age-appropriate support
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and communicate with the estate manager
  • 5+ years of infant care experience
  • Background in early childhood education or preschool (preferred)
  • Knowledge of infant development, and milestone tracking
  • Strong communicator and excellent team player
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to renew)
