Job Description: Full-Time House Manager/Personal Assistant
Location: Mount Kisco, New York Salary: $150,000 - $180,000+ annually with full benefits
About the Role: A lovely family in Mount Kisco, New York, is seeking a full-time House Manager/Personal Assistant. The family is open to both live-in or live-out arrangements and can provide separate housing on the property if needed. They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Home Management: Stocking the home, organizing, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans between New York, Florida, and abroad.
Appointment Booking & Calendar Management: Managing appointments and schedules for the family.
Day-to-Day Management: Overseeing the daily lives of the client and their home.
Property Management: Acting as a hands-on property manager, overseeing renovations and construction of various structures on the property.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Skills: Extremely detailed, organized, and works well within a team.
