High-End Estate Manager based in Paris – September 2025 Start

 

We are searching for a highly dedicated individual for an all-encompassing Estate Manager position based in Paris, France.

 

You will be working alongside another Estate Manager to ensure there is consistent coverage during vacations, illness etc, therefore it is important you are a communicative team player and are capable of working solo occasionally.

 

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in similar property management roles in Paris, including a strong network of Parisian suppliers and a black book of the top contacts in the city.

 

The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the estate, including:

  • Household finances: budgeting, manage petty cash, maintain and submit records and receipts, review staff expenses and inventory, submit reports to Family Office for review
  • Maintenance: Contact, propose and oversee vendors and contracts, manage maintenance, schedule routine service and repair, supervise renovations
  • Staff Management: Recruit and train onsite staff (which may include housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, chefs and butlers), report employee relations questions and concerns to the Family Office, Create staff schedules, establish payroll
  • Personal Assistance: hands on duties such as general errand running, providing concierge for the principal when in residence, providing constant on-call availability for the principal and the family office, responding to emergencies and being flexible outside of business hours
  • Event Organisation: oversee and plan events, dinners, and parties, orchestrating staff accordingly. Greet guests providing 5* service during their visits
  • Communication: acting as the point of contact for all third parties and Family Office, dealing with the Principal’s requests and acting accordingly

The property is not the client’s primary residence meaning the working hours of the role are subject to change as they depend on the client’s travelling schedule. Therefore, you will need to express a great deal of flexibility.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience managing large Estates is essential. You will be onboarding the entire estate so you must have the right executive skills as well as property management experience
  • TechSavvy - experience managing new-builds and tech-integrated estates
  • Logistics and administration savvy
  • Previous property management experience in Paris
  • Strong black book of contractors, vendors, suppliers
  • High energy and a positive mental attitude
  • Comfortable taking direction from the Family Office and Principal
  • Understanding confidentiality and discretion is vital
  • You must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexibility
  • Driver with your own car
