A private residence in Palm Beach Gardens is looking for a professional, proactive, experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning and tidying up bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces; dusting and cleaning all surfaces; vacuuming, steaming, and mopping floors; periodic deep cleaning of all spaces; and general interior household cleaning.
- Willing to jump in and assist the team in providing housekeeping care for the family’s primary home.
- Daily laundry and ironing, as well as experience with fine clothes and linens, are required.
- Maintaining the organization structure throughout the home, including closets, storage rooms, pantry, and kitchen
Qualifications:
- The ability to work around the family’s schedule while cleaning, organizing, and maintaining their home is key, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and doing laundry/ironing
- Good at both daily cleaning and periodic deep cleaning
- Being a team player is also a significant requirement of the role
- Minimum 2+ years related experience serving as a Housekeeper for a private family or in a similar role with strong housekeeping experience and quality cleaning
- Honesty, trustworthiness, and the highest degree of discretion
- Ability to be collaborative and work as part of a team with no drama
- Flexibility and ability to take direction
- Strong command of the English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
- Legally able to work in the United States
- A driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check & federal drug test. Non-smoker.

- Comfortable with technology, smart house, maintenance apps, and communication through texting.
- Physical demands include repetitive motion, standing, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Ability to lift safely and knowledge of safe handling of cleaners, abrasives, and chemicals.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Ability/willingness to work Mondays to cover for vacations as needed.
