Children: 3 children - 4 (Male); 2 (Male) and 1 Week Old (Female). 4 and 2 year old go to school 1/2 day at school close by.
Employer / Parents: Dad is a Professional Dad working in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Mother was formerly a Registered Nurse and ran the ER in two hospitals. She is from Panama and but obviously speaks excellent English. She is motherly, sweet, but very detailed and organized. He is focused on making sure she has everything she and the children need and providing a nice lifestyle for them. He does work from home. She runs the show and the house.
START DATE: ASAP
Interview Schedule: ASAP, Zoom first and then, they will interview finalist candidates live and/or have them to do a 3 day working interview.
Will Relocate: No, Local candidates only
Type of Assignment / Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. -- 40 hours a week
Other Staff: They have an afternoon/evening Nanny from 2 p.m. into the evening and also a seperate weekend Nanny. They are repeat clients of NMI.
Live in or Live out: Live Out, Candidate shouldn't live too far away and have very reliable transportation.
Length of Assignment: Indefinitely :)
Compensation: Excellent gross hourly rate STARTING at $35 an hour based on the candidate's childcare experience, education & proficiency around in household work environments. This starting range annualizes to $72,800. Will see top-flight candidates at a higher rate, if all credentials are met or exceeded. Family is "nego" as to how the Nanny will be paid.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7+ years of Professional Nanny/Mother's Assistant experience in private homes. They need a drama-free, little to no attachments, consummate, healthy and fit professional.
Previous Nanny/Household Experience: Excellent!!
Required Language(s): Bilingual English & Spanish is a MUST!
Overnights: None requested, extra comp, if ever needed
Weekends: None requested, extra comp, if ever needed. Note: Weekend Nanny has cancer that has come back, unsure if they will hire for that or wait it out.
Travel: None requested, extra comp, if ever needed

Candidate Eligibility: The candidate must be a US Citizen or be eligible to work in the US; have at least three excellent professional references; have three character references; and have a clear background and driving record. The client will also call references based on their own needs.
Note:
This family is seeking someone who will take guidance from the Mother, who is who runs the Household and their personal lives. She is very nice, kind and not demanding but does like things a certain way, especially when it comes to her family. This person would be a partner with her and follow whatever needs she has vs. the Nanny coming to the table with their "own way" of doing things. That said, they do seek a Career Nanny that can hold their own when they are alone with the children.

HA Duties
It is requested that the Nanny/HA help with things around the home - could be child-related or household-related. Mother and Father are very practical and the FIRST AND FOREMOST desire from the mother and father that their children be in excellent hands and safe!!!! Everything else is very secondary.
Seeking someone who takes initiative, openly and kindly accepts direction, IF NEEDED, has a great attitude at all times, is highly motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, ability to multi-task, is passionate about their position as a Nanny/HA, has an excellent work ethic, seeking a long-term position, extremely energetic, consistently exhibits a friendly/happy professional personality, all of these characteristics are important to the family.
-Grocery shopping
-Meal Prep and Cooking, as needed and requested
-Work on tasks with Mother as a HA
-Keep the house tidy
-Run errands as needed – dry cleaner, pharmacy, etc.
-Wait for deliveries and/or maintenance people that need supervision (HVAC etc.)
-Handle special projects as needed (i.e. organizing closets, toys/“stuff”, wrapping birthday party gifts, etc.)
Nanny/FA Duties while the Children are out of school.
Seeking a Nanny/HA that is smart, sharp, able to work with children, fun-loving, patient, experienced in relating to the children, set in a fun, creative environment, providing age-appropriate fun educational learning, outdoor exploring, teaching the child manners as the child progresses in age, etiquette, and consistently instilling compassionate/kindness/love into the child! The candidate must be warm, compassionate, and eager to help as an extension of the parents. The candidate should be active and love the outdoors. Act as a team player assisting the parents to kindly guide the children.
