Location: Las Vegas, NV.
Schedule: Full-Time with Flexible Evening Availability
Accommodation Provided: Private 3,000 sq ft Home on Property

Overview:
An UHNW couple is seeking a seasoned, trustworthy, and discreet Domestic Couple to provide comprehensive household support and maintenance for their estate. This is a live-in position, with a private 3,000 sq ft residence on the property provided for the couple’s exclusive use. The principals are quiet, private individuals—no children in the home—with occasional travel. The role requires flexibility, a proactive mindset, and deep respect for privacy, discretion, and excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

Combined Duties:

• Total oversight of day-to-day operations of the estate
  
  
• Upkeep and general maintenance of property interiors and exteriors
  
  
• Maintaining household cleanliness, organization, and laundry care
  
  
• Seasonal and deep cleaning tasks
  
  
• Occasional entertaining support and guest service
  
  
• Receiving deliveries, vendor coordination, and household scheduling
  
  

Houseman/Handyman/Chauffeur Duties:

• Light household repairs, troubleshooting issues before vendors are called
  
  
• Grounds and exterior maintenance, coordinating with landscaping teams
  
  
• Daily vehicle upkeep, fueling, and maintenance scheduling
  
  
• Confidently and safely driving principals in high-end vehicles (e.g., Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Range Rover)
  
  
• Airport pickups, errands, and scheduled driving support
  
  
• Home systems monitoring (HVAC, alarms, AV, etc.)
  
  

Housekeeper/Cook Duties:

• Daily tidying, kitchen upkeep, and laundry (including fine garments and linens)
  
  
• Basic family-style cooking or light meal prep; support for entertaining
  
  
• Managing household supplies and pantry stocking
  
  
• Organizing wardrobes, closets, and seasonal transitions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as a Domestic Couple in a private residence
  
  
• Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in past positions
  
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills between couple and principals
  
  
• Experience working in UHNW households with discretion and professionalism
  
  
• Valid driver’s licenses with clean records and ability to confidently drive luxury vehicles
  
  
• Tech-savvy or able to work with smart home systems a plus
  
  
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, with flexibility for evening support as needed
