Live-In Housekeeper & Nanny to Private Family

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and experienced Live-In Housekeeper & Nanny to provide excellent cleaning, organization, and childcare support to a warm and busy family in Miami Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and cheerful personality, with a strong commitment to long-term employment for a primarily housekeeper-based role. This role includes room and board, occasional travel to the Hamptons in the summer, and the use of a family-provided vehicle.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• Skilled in cleaning, organizing, and laundry (ironing included).

• Basic cooking skills for children’s meals (e.g., chicken and rice).

• Ability to engage with children ages 5 and 3, with a positive and warm demeanor.

• Comfortable living in and committed to long-term employment.

• Physically active and able to keep up with young children.

• Flexibility to travel with the family to the Hamptons during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household cleanliness.

• Assist with children’s breakfast and prepare lunches on weekends.

• Handle laundry, ironing, and other household chores.

• Run errands and assist with household tasks as needed.

• Provide childcare after school, supervising and engaging with the children.

• Drive children to and from school, activities, and other commitments.

• Occasionally babysit during evenings if parents go out.

Schedule:

• Days Off: Sunday and Monday

• Available for evening babysitting as needed.

• Full-time availability with flexibility to adapt to family needs.

Compensation:

• $300/day (1099) with room and board included.

Location:

• Miami Beach, FL (year-round) and the Hamptons (summer months).
