Our esteemed client, a luxury concierge service specializing in curated wellness retreats, is seeking a Luxury Wellness Travel Agent (M/F) to join their growing international team in Dubai.

The company supports ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) from Europe, the Gulf, the US, Asia, and beyond, in booking exceptional wellness stays at world-class hotels, spas, and medical retreats focused on detoxanti-aging, and weight loss programs.

This is a client-facing, sales-driven role focused on expanding the company’s international business by managing EnglishFrench, and Arabic-speaking clients, providing tailored travel design and booking support. The ideal candidate must bring strong communication skills, a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality, and a hunger for sales success.

Responsibilities

Client Inquiries & Relationship Management:

  • Handle inbound inquiries via emailWhatsApp, and phone regarding wellness retreat options
  • Provide personalized travel planning and booking services to UHNW clients
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings with luxury hotelsspas, and medical wellness resorts
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners (luxury hotels, clinics, spas)
  • Represent and promote the brand across Dubai and the GCC, particularly among expat and entrepreneur communities

 

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Contribute to business growth by generating new leads and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • Support clients with pre- and post-booking needs to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Collaborate closely with the France-based team for operational consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury travelconcierge services, or high-end hospitality
  • Strong sales mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A naturally autonomousindependent, and sales-obsessed personality
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic and French are strong advantages)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently with UHNW clients
  • Knowledge and passion for wellness retreats, health-focused travel, and luxury experiences
  • Existing network of wealthy expats and Emiratis in Dubai/GCC is highly desirable
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and booking platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment
