A family of 3 Adults + toddler in San Carlos, California is seeking a Personal Chef to drop off dinners and lunches two days per week. This will include dropping off 2 dinners + 2 lunches, ideally on Monday and Wednesdays. (could be flexible to fit schedule)
- Drop-off meals two days per week (preferably Monday and Wednesday or Monday and Thursday)
- Start date: ASAP
- Local chefs only, please
- Access to clean cooking space is a must (Cooking from commercial kitchen is a plus)
- Ingredients are important to us - Access to produce and meats from local farms a plus. We prefer the best option available for produce and meats (organic, grass fed, local, etc)
- We are open to a variety of taste and do not have dietary restrictions. We do prefer Asian cuisine and asian meals should be a strong staple in the mix.
- We would love to keep most meals on the healthy side w/out sacrficing flavor) (low sodium, balanced carbs, etc)
- Menu plan a week in advance for the following week’s menu
- Provide creative and seasonal menu options to the family
- Grocery shopping for all food items, Access to produce and meats from local farms a plus.
- Leave healthy foods and accompaniments for the following days
- Leave detailed instructions for re-heat and assembly of dishes
- Willingness to occasionally shop for household staples at the family's request
- Ocassional dinner parties for up to 8 people.
- Must be discreet, organized, and sensitive to client's needs
- Must have experience with kids ( picky eaters)
- Must be willing to accommodate some dietary restrictions and allergies
- Able to work legally in the United States
- Excellent references from past employers
- Must be able to pass an in-depth background investigation
- Must have a reliable vehicle
