A private wealth management team, in Miami Beach, needs to hire an Executive Assistant (in person) to support the team. Responsibilities include: Calendar management, correspondence, scheduling and arranging meetings, expense tracking and personal shopping (gifts etc.) and other ad hoc tasks as needed. Successful candidates will have experience with HNW individuals and understand the need for discretion at all times. Excellent communication skills (especially verbal and phone) are a must since this person will be the point of contact for the management team. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:00pm (with flexibility necessary). This can be a hybrid schedule – partly onsite and partly remote. Salary range: $80-100k + benefits. Immediate start.
