Live Out Housekeeper job in Knightsbridge, London
A private family of four is seeking an exceptional and service-oriented Housekeeper to join their large household in Knightsbridge, London. Their beautiful six-storey, eight-bedroom home features artwork, and high-end surfaces. It requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work alongside four other Housekeepers while following the guidance of the Head Housekeeper and House Manager.
The household includes a dog and a cat, though pet care is minimal.
This role requires a highly experienced Housekeeper with a strong service background, gained in private households, luxury hospitality, or yachting. The ideal candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about delivering five-star service and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Uniform will be provided.
Duties to include:
- Cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Making beds
- Wardrobe management
- Setting the table and serving
- Running errands
- Assisting when entertaining
- Cleaning the entrance and patios
- Cooking for the dog
- Travelling approx. 2 weeks per time, 3 times per year
Residence: 6 storey, 8 bedroom
Working week:
- Monday to Saturday, when the principals are in residence
- Monday to Friday, when the principals are away
Working hours: 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 1pm to 9pm, you must be able to work all the shifts
Salary: up to £50,000 GPA depending on experience
