Executive Housekeeper

Executive Housekeeper needed in Manhattan ASAP!

Location: Manhattan, NYC


Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (45 hours/week)


Annual Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 DOE ($35–$40/hr to start)

• Seasonal travel to the Hamptons – Client will pay an additional $100 travel bonus for each night spent in the Hamptons (Client is also willing to consider a candidate not traveling to the Hamptons and working on projects at the NYC apartment during this time!)

A meticulously maintained, high-end Manhattan residence is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join a discreet, well-coordinated household team. This elegant Upper East Side home operates with the precision of a five-star hotel, making it the ideal environment for a true professional with an eye for perfection and a passion for maintaining elevated standards.

Key Duties & Areas of Responsibility

• Impeccable cleaning and care of a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury apartment with high-end finishes

• Careful laundering and expert ironing of fine clothing, linens, and textiles

• Wardrobe management, including seasonal rotations, repairs, and organization

• Proactive household inventory tracking and restocking (excluding food)

• Discreet coordination with outside vendors and service professionals

• Detailed organization of storage areas, drawers, closets, and household systems

• Occasional packing and unpacking for travel

• Assisting with transitions to the family’s Hamptons residence during summer months

• Spotting and addressing “invisible” areas—no detail is too small

Must-Have Attributes:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in formal homes

• Mastery of detailed cleaning, luxury material care, and wardrobe organization/Ironing

• Exceptional time management and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and climbing ladders when needed

• Must be paid legally (“on the books”)

• Background check and references required
