Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Personal Assistant to support a busy interior design professional and manage personal and household tasks for a high-net-worth family. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a top executive or in a high-net-worth household, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The role requires approximately 25–30 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $75.00. The client has residences in Aspen, New York City, and Florida, and the assistant will need to travel to Aspen 3 – 4 times per year.
Work Details

- Compensation: $75.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage complex travel itineraries for a family of six, including international and domestic trips. Confirm flights, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and transportation, ensuring seamless logistics and a high standard of comfort.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for the client’s interior design projects, ensuring timely communication, contract coordination, and quality control. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Stream Manuals Creation: Develop streamlined manuals and processes for household operations, interior design project workflows, and staff coordination to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Household Management: Oversee staff and household operations across residences in Aspen, New York City, and Florida. Ensure smooth functioning of homes, including maintenance, scheduling, and coordination of household staff.
- General Correspondence: Handle professional and personal correspondence for the client, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Pet Care Coordination: Occasionally assist with arrangements for the client’s Labradoodle, such as scheduling grooming or veterinary appointments.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support for additional tasks as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of the client and their family.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, ideally supporting a top executive or high-net-worth household.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, staff, and high-profile contacts.
- Proficiency in managing complex travel arrangements, including international travel logistics.
- Familiarity with interior design processes or vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate trustworthiness.
- Comfortable with technology, including scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms.
- Flexibility to travel to Aspen 3–4 times per year for on-site support.
- Experience working with household staff or managing multiple residences is highly desirable.
- Comfortable coordinating care for pets, specifically their Labradoodle.
