A loving family in Lighthouse / Boca Raton is seeking a Full-time, Live-Out Houseman/Handyman with an in-depth knowledge in all areas of home cleaning, maintenance and property care. Candidate is a team player who understands the dynamics of working in a high end environment. Responsibilities include:
-property and outdoor maintenance: daily upkeep of outdoor space including outddor furniture, porches and terraces.
-regularly clean the A/C drains and change the A/C filters,
-washing windows,
-detailing and maintaining the cars,
-power washing the house, driveways,
-cleaning the pool as needed,
-works well to support other staff members and principals,
-keep areas clean and organized,
-ability to perform light Handyman work,
-assessing minor repairs and if you cannot fix it yourself, explaining to the manager.
Candidate must have genteel mannerisms, a pleasant demeanor, strong work ethic with a hands-on approach to ensure that every detail of property care occurs with maximum efficiency under the direction of the Property Manager. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and good physical stamina to perform essential physical job functions.
