Hamptons Property Manager

Fulltime Property Manager to oversee operations and maintenance on interior and exterior functions of busy Hamptons waterfront property including pool, tennis court, sports facilities, vehicles and multiple buildings on property.

• Manage daily functions incuding general/seasonal upkeep of gardens, building, pool, tennis, sports facilities, garages, vehicles
• Oversee internal team of property maintenance assistants and gardeners including schedules and payroll
• Oversee all property vendor and service providers; reconcile all invoicing
• Building Management Systems (BMS) proficient knowledge required; mechicals, electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire systems, security systems, fireplaces and power systems
• All technical functions including Smart TVs, AV, wifi, Crestron, cell repeaters, video conference, cinema equipment
• Security function knowlege including central monitoring systems, camera equipment, fire, entry gates and security SOPs
• Maintain all landscape elements including statuary, speakers, lighting, irrigation, terraces, outdoor furniture, grills, dock, driveways
• Manage inventory and storage with House Manager and partner on overall estate functions
• Perform handmay tasks and operate vehicles and machinery
• Oversee owner's property experience and resolve any concerns or requests with highest level of hospitality and service
• Update, create and maintain Property Manuals
• Research and development for special projects
• Run errands and drive owners on occasion
• Excellent references required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Highly meticulous; ability to manage big picture and small details simultaneously
• Willing and able to work long hours and overtime during owner visits and in season
• Valid drivers license
• Experience managing waterfornt property and facilities background required
