This dynamic role combines childcare and operational support, requiring a skilled individual to train and manage nannies, implement best practices, and oversee all administrative duties related to the children and the nanny team. Responsibilities include managing children’s schedules, coordinating nanny shifts, planning travel, and maintaining inventories of child-related items. Long standing experience as a nanny

12-15 years of UHNW nanny experience required
Duties:
Manage nanny team
Handle training/reviews/assist with hiring
Set/improve systems and processes
Manage nanny schedule
Manage children's schedules - appointments, travel
Maintain inventory of anything related to children, handle purchases
Handle other ad hoc projects associated with children
Travel as needed
Jump in to care for children as needed
Comp range:
175-225 salary (bonus structure) / benefits package / PTO
