Personal Assistant & Caregiver / UHNW Socialite

Job Description:

  1. Personal administrative assistant for ultra-high net worth family
  2. Providing myriad administrative and concierge services to family’s senior family member
  3. Mon-Fri – 8:30AM to 6:30PM (working within the family’s personal residence on the Upper East Side, business office and offsite)
  4. Available during non-work hours to handle matters of an immediate nature


Qualifications:

  1. 10+years of administrative/personal assistant experience supporting high level executives
  2. Exposure to high net worth family a plus
  3. Strong PC and Apple skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (Quickbooks a plus) as well as an ability to coordinate and manage the IT needs of the residence
  4. Foreign languages a plus
  5. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be detail oriented
  6. House manager experience a plus
  7. Ability to operate efficiently in a boutique environment utilizing broad skills


Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain/update personal calendar and make appointments including business/board meetings, phone conference calls, lunches, dinners, doctors’ appointments
  2. Liaison with bankers, lawyers, accountants, financial advisors.
  3. Extensive personal travel arrangements/itineraries;
  4. Compile documents and records for accountant’s preparation of tax returns throughout the year; submission of medical insurance claims.  
  5. Coordinate year-end charitable gifts from Foundation including arranging gifts of stock.
  6. Interview, recruit, and manage household staff and discharge as needed.
  7. Oversee and schedule independent contractors, repairs & maintenance.
  8. Special projects

 

Generous compensation between $125k-175k and benefits, DOE
