Active family is seeking a professional and hands-on live-out Estate Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of 4 homes in Wellington and Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: manage the maintenance and upkeep of properties in both locations, ensuring they are in pristine condition, oversee renovation projects, create, manage and execute on-going punch lists, put preventative maintenance plans and schedules in place, update household manual, manage vendors, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, ensure all properties are guest-ready at all times, conduct regular inspections of all properties, manage timelines for projects, assist with event planning and execution, and train and supervise staff. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to do houseman/handyman tasks as needed. Also must be able to work with smart home systems, have experience managing a Spanish speaking staff, and have a 24/7 mentality. 5 day work week but must be flexible with days off as well as hours. Family needs coverage 7 days a week from 6am-10pm and schedule will be shared with assistants. Salary $175k+ DOE, health insurance, paid time off and 401k (after six months). Local candidates only.
