Active family is seeking a professional and hands-on live-out Estate Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of multiple properties in Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: manage the maintenance and upkeep of properties in all locations, ensuring they are in pristine condition, oversee renovation projects, create, manage and execute on-going punch lists, put preventative maintenance plans and schedules in place, update household manual, manage vendors, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, ensure all properties are guest-ready at all times, conduct regular inspections of all properties, manage timelines for projects, assist with event planning and execution, and train and supervise staff. Ideal candidate has a construction background. Must have a positive attitude, be able to work with smart home systems, have experience managing a Spanish speaking staff, and have a 24/7 mentality, working weekends and evenings as needed.
