What You'll Do
As the Chief of Staff, you will be the primary contact between the principals and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and smooth information flow. You will manage residential properties, working with property managers, contractors, and service providers to resolve issues and implement improvements. You will oversee personal services for the principals, ensuring their needs are met and supervising household staff for exceptional service delivery. This includes coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining a program to protect confidential information, uphold privacy, minimize risks, and ensure safety.
You will serve as an intermediary between the family, family office, relationship managers, and business office, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration. You will address any concerns or issues raised by the family or staff and provide timely resolutions.
In support of capital projects, you will collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to achieve desired property design and construction outcomes. You will oversee the daily operations of the personal office, address relevant matters for the principals, supervise team members, and manage sensitive projects.
Additionally, you will help manage philanthropic relationships and interactions with non-profit organizations, overseeing communication, events, and special projects. You will promote a positive image of the principals by adhering to high professional standards and ethics, adapting swiftly to high-pressure situations, and acting as an extension of them.
Finally, you will lead and drive other projects and initiatives, ensuring their efficient and effective completion, and provide regular updates and reports on the progress of special projects.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Office of the CEO (e.g., Chief of Staff) or job-relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Apple products, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
