Our family office is s seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper** to manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in an independent work environment and is committed to maintaining organized and precise financial reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting processes
- Collaborate with external accountants or tax professionals as needed
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar financial role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
