LIVE IN Housekeeper/Cook

Position: Experienced  Full time Live-in Housekeeper/Cook 

Location: Rowayton, CT

Overview:

The candidate must be flexible with their schedule, pro-active, detail oriented, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. The candidate must be able to work with a team (Property Manager/Driver), communicate effectively, experience in the kitchen/ cooking, knowledge of cleaning methods, and enjoy working with children in the home.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking – Mediterranean style, vegetarian, fish, chicken dishes
• Daily upkeep of the home
• All Housekeeping / cleaning  
• Laundry
• Ironing (light)
• Grocery Shopping and household errands
• Light floral arranging

Requirements:

• Prefer experience in highly organized home; professional
• Hands on with great attitude, positive energy, and strong work ethic
• Sense of confidentiality and discretion
• Comfortable with high energy owners & adult family members - occasional weekend visits
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Speaks English

Schedule: Weekly schedule that will includes weekends when required, flexibility a must 2 days off per week

Salary: DOE, competitive

Experience: Cook /  Housekeeping in private residence
