Live in housekeeper/nanny wanted in Gladwyne PA.
The client is seeking an organized, dependable individual to take on the role of live in housekeeper and household assistant. This unique position involves providing essential house management and housekeeping services for 1 primary household (7400 sq feet: 2 adults and a puppy) offering support to 3 additional households (see stats below) with minor errrands and tasks, and assisting with childcare needs in 2 of the households. The ideal candidate will be procative, detail oriented, and capable of managing various respondsibilities with a high level of efficiency. 40 hours a week guaranteed with 2 consecutive days off in a row
Primary Household Housekeeping:
Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space, laundry management, washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens. Ensure all rooms are well stocked with necessary supplies. Meal preparation and meal planning as needed, coordinate with the households on dietary preferences and restrictions.
Childcare support (as needed) provide assistance with childcare needs in two of the 3 additional households, help with school drop offs and pickups and after school activities. Support households by grocery shopping, and other tasks as assigned
Perform light maintenance tasks and notify the primary household of any issues or repairs. Maintain open and clear communication with all households. Provide regular updates on completed tasks. Must have an excellent work history with previous families to be considered/clean background check and driving record. Williness to adjust to schedules based on the needs of the family. Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic. Respect for privacy and confidentiality. Williness to reside on premises at the main house, you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom.
