This family is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate and hardworking Chef.
The ideal candidate should be able to create organically sourced dishes using the highest quality products and ingredients with an emphasis on health, nutrition and dietary dishes (e.g. sugar free)
The family enjoys varied and flavorsome Italian, Mediterranean, American, Mexican and Southwestern cuisine. Must be able to bake and make desserts. Expectations also include: planning menus on a daily basis, stocking pantries & shopping for groceries. Maintaining the kitchen overall cleanliness and organization.
The Chef will work in collaboration with the other two family Chefs. Chefs will work together and alternatively to prepare the daily family meals.
This is a full time live-out position working in a private residence. Candidates must be able to work weekends, and Holidays when required.
Some occasional travel with family as and when required.
Culinary training is a must. Ideal Candidate should possess strong cooking skills, must be self-reliant, clean-cut demeanor, attention to detail, and have a team player attitude. Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
United States work authorization is required. Valid driver's license also required.
