Family Syllabus: Sweet new first-time parents in Venice are looking for an educated newborn care specialist to care for their baby girl starting in June 2024. Both of the parents work from inside the home and they have a 5-year-old dog.

An educated, experienced NCS who can fully support the new parents and guide them is very important. If you are a newborn care specialist who is responsible, tidy, and emotionally intelligent, you’ll be a great fit for this sweet family. The parents would love to find a true baby expert who can step in and assist them with their newborn. Newborn care specialists who are well-versed in all aspects of baby care, please apply! A newborn care specialist with a medical background as a nurse or in the NICU would be a huge bonus!
Job Synopsis: Duties related to this position will include educating the parents, baby laundry, sanitizing bottles, and keeping the baby’s sleeping area clean and tidy. The parents would like the NCS to work 24/7 shifts for the first two weeks to help educate them and prepare a smooth transition. Then the schedule for this position will be 7 days per week for 12-18 hour night shifts. The rate for this role is $45-55/hour based on experience. This position will be 12-14 weeks in length and the NCS will have a bed in the nursery with the baby. They would like a NCS who is flexible with them as to what schedule will work best for them.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting an NCS with the COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccines.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional newborn care experience
CPR/first aid certification
