A dynamic and experienced human resources manager is sought to lead and oversee the HR function across multiple family offices in NYC, Suffolk County, and Hudson Valley. This role will partner closely with the principals to shape and refine the organizational structure and design for their household staff, addressing complex employment matters, talent management, and employee relations. The HR manager will play a critical role in ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the family offices while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
This role requires that candidates work out of an office 4 days per week- that office could be at a family location, but at least 2 of those days should be worked out of the corporate office in NYC. Candidates may work from home 1 day per week.
Responsiblities
The position will provide specialized HR services that may vary from household to household. The goal is to put in place best practices and procedures as it relates to domestic household employees.
